Project Details

As a first home owner, this project was executed over many years as funding was available.

I worked within the realms of affordability and was conscious NOT to over-capitalise, sit within the Local Planning Regulations, minimise waste to landfill and keeping the furbishment within the home’s existing footprint - that was definitely key.

I enhanced our 3-bedroom, one bathroom home by modifying the spaces to add an ensuite to the master bedroom, created a study and furbished the internals of the home without needing to extend the footprint.

The focus was really to enhance the key areas of liveability to suit our growing family, add value and share the process along the way.

I know I’m not the only one who’s had to renovate in stages and has taken years to do so, but now that we’re almost done I can say I’m glad we did it this way.
